Fashion City Brasil - Fashion Shopping Mall - Confins / MG
Robert´s again present in a megaproject, aimed at the wholesale of fashion items. With an initial investment of R$ 280 million, the Fashion City Brasil is located near the Confins Airport. It is expected that the complex will bill R$ 1.2 billion per year and generate two thousand direct employments.
Inside the complex, a hotel will also be constructed and, in a second stage, an event center and runways for fashion parades.
This shopping mall will be built on a plot of 200 thousand square meters, located four kilometers away from the Tancredo Neves International Airport (AITN).
In the first stage, the built area will comprise 86 thousand square meters and the Gross Leasable Area (GLA) wll be 28 thousand square meters. 12 thousand square meters will be reserved for the events area.
